As Parish Youth Leaders, you show incredible commitment to serving young people week in week out and now it is your chance to take some time for you! Our annual leaders retreat day is an opportunity to take a step back from the hectic world around you and reflect upon your faith amongst friends.
Through inspiring input from Fr Michael Dolman on 'Come & See' . The advice given by Pope Francis to all in Lisbon during World Youth Day 2023. Pope Francis said “Jesus never closes the door, never, but invites you to enter: come and see”. This same invitation, to 'come and see', is echoed by KYT to our parish volunteers in providing a day to grow in faith, to reflect and listen as we prepare together to enter a New Year in ministry. Date: Saturday 27th January Location: St Mary's Convent, Handsworth B19 1EB Time: 10am - 3:30pm including lunch and refreshments Cost: £10pp - Goes to the Sisters of Mercy & covers lunch! |
