Based in the BCYS team and working closely with staff across the Kenelm Youth Trust. You will have strategic responsibility for developing KYT’s engagement and accompaniment work with young people (11-25): Encouraging volunteers to journey alongside young people, with a listening ear and a heart of mercy and acceptance.
