what we are offering...
We are delighted to offer a Catholic approach to Mental Health and Wellbeing with our robust resource, Quo Vadis.
This classroom based resource is for all students in year 7 to year 13. With 6 ready to use sessions, the students will explore the following topics through the lens of faith; - Feelings and Emotions - Stress and Anxiety - Anger - Depression and Suffering - Hope and Gratitude - What is my purpose? Called to a Definite Service. Using the lives of the Saints and Scripture, through creativity and thoughtful discussion the students will being to grow in their understanding of key words and ideas as well as add to their tool box of strategies in times of need. Young people will continue to dive into what it means to be "fearfully and wonderfully made" and to come to know a God who is on their side, who made them purposefully and lovingly, and who can't wait to get to know them more. |

Delivery Methods
Our programme for young people will be offered in a variety of ways so that schools can choose a style that suits their particular circumstances. The Catholic mental health resource is delivered in 6 sessions with an accompanying journal. It is designed to be a flexible grab and go resource. There is the option of using the Soli Outreach team to deliver parts of the programme through optional launch days and retreat days. Our Outreach team can work with small groups of the most vulnerable or up to a whole year group in a carousel. We can deliver content and training in person or remotely using virtual tools. Talk to us about what will work best for your school.
