BAPTISED AND SENT

The Extraordinary Missionary Month seeks to encourage a genuine missionary conversion to Christ in the life of young people.  On October 19th, from 9.30am - 6pm young adults (aged 16+) are invited to an event of encounter: an opportunity to engage in mission projects in the heart of the city of Birmingham. 

Young people will then be invited to share and reflect during the  evening event of celebration, to which every parish in the Diocese is invited to send representatives.

​We would like to invite all friends and families to the open event at 6pm at St. Chads Grimshaw Room. An evening where missionary experiences will be shared. We will all be encouraged in our own missionary identity. This will be followed by Vigil Mass with Bishop William Kenney at 7:30pm and will include a solemn blessing for all those attending, to make mission a key part of our Catholic discipleship.
